I’m sorry to hear that your cat kitten has a botfly. Fortunately, there are steps you can take to safely remove it. First, wrap the kitten in a towel or blanket to keep it calm and secure. Then, use tweezers to carefully grasp the botfly and pull it out. Make sure to do this very slowly, as the botfly can be fragile.

Afterwards, clean the area with a mild antiseptic and apply a topical antibiotic ointment. Lastly, keep an eye on the area to make sure it is properly healing.

I hope this helps and that your cat kitten is feeling better soon!
