The person that called in about this dog said the dog was running down the street screaming on fire. So there’s no doubt as to what our vet’s findings were. Riona has been fully examined. She has been doused with diesel fuel ( high odor still on her ) and burnt. Lots of raw burnt skin and singed fur. She’s running down the street crying on fire! Despite what’s done to her she still trusts human!
