Hi there, I’m sorry to hear that Dartanian has a bot-fly larva in him.

You can try using a pair of tweezers to remove the larva, or you may want to take him to the vet to be sure that it is removed safely and properly.

You should also make sure to clean the area thoroughly after the larva is removed,
