I hope that the individual was able to get the medical attention they needed and find a safe and loving home. No one should ever have to endure such mistreatment.

I received information about the poor German Shepherd. He was locked in chains by his owner for several days despite being seriously ill.

There was no water and no food and when he was fed it was always stale bread and bones left over. His name Jordan his body was just skin and bones.
